What I've done the past month
Started my cutting phase
- Following a: PPL/Arnold 6 day split
- Doing minimum of 10k steps per day
- 30 mins (OR MORE) of cardio daily
- Daily Caloric Intake: 1850 calories a day.
Goal Macros:
- Protein: 200g
- Fat: 80g
- Carbs: 110g
6 Months Later
What I accomplished:
- Lowest weight reached: 145 lbs; Final Cut Weight: 146 lbs
- Implemented new split throughout the time and followed the split that Sam Sulek does just being Chest,Back,Arms,Leg, Repeat
- Maintained my progress through the gym to be able to reach my lightest weight. Took way longer than expected but at least reached it.
- Got a job which allows me to average about 8-10k steps a day
- Started school
Goals for 2025
Fitness Wise
- Commence first Gaining Phase for 12 weeks
- Sleep better, MIN 7 Hours when possible to maximize muscle growth.
- Staying simple and effective with Diet, what fits but also staying clean
- Staying consistent, minimum 4 days a week
- Continue with Creatine Intake and Electrolyte hydration intake
Learning Wise
- Sticking to Classes and trying to get ahead of them, PRIORITZE, MORE IMPORTANT THAN WORK
